
Galbi (Barbecued Short Ribs) Korean Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS
4 lb. beef short ribs 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup water 4 tablespoon finely chopped spring onions 2 teaspoons finely grated garlic 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablesppons sesame seed
COOKING METHOD
Combine ingredients except short ribs in a large bowl. Mix well. Add short ribs and mix well. Cover and chill overnight (at least 4 hours) Preheat grill or hibachi Put meat on grill and cook until brown. Turn and cook other side until brown and crisp. Serve with rice. SOURCE: AsianConnections
