Guidelines to applying Symbolism and the Five Elements of Feng Shui to empower your 8 Life Aspirations:

FAME and RECOGNITION: SOUTH

The South is associated with the Element of Fire. According to the Ba Gua School (Ba Kua Pai), the South trigram Li, is responsible for Fame and Recognition of the residents of a particular household or individual.

To activate the South, with Feng Shui Symbolism:

  • Horse
    Horses in the 12 animals (Earthly branches) cycle is associated with Yang Fire. Horses are active, dynamic and filled with perseverance and determination. They are symbols of success and rewards for one's work. Place horses in the South sector of your home to stimulate the Fire Element of the south.
  • Kuan Kung
    Kuan Kung is the Chinese patron God of War. He is feared by all evil and admired by the people. Kuan Kung is respected for his leadership, his loyalty, his fame, his virtues and his honour. An excellent symbolism to be used to activate your Fame sector of your home.
  • Red Flowers
    Red because it is the color associated with Fire. Flowers are plants, and they exert Wood Chi that is beneficial to produce Fire Chi.
