• The Dragon Headed Tortoise
  Eight Mansions Feng Shui have strong roots in the study of the Luo Shu Magic Square. This Luo Shu, or better known as the Dragon Headed Tortoise, emerged from the River Lo. The markings on its back was the basis of the Later-Heaven Ba Gua where all forms of Yang Feng Shui was derived.
  
  The symbology of the Dragon Headed Tortoise to the Chinese culture is vast. One of its main features is its protective and stabilizing nature. Thus Feng Shui Masters often recommend that the Dragon Headed Tortoise  can use used to symbolically activate the Fu Wei Star.

• Kuan Kung
  Kuan Kung is also known as the God of Literature. In oriental countries, especially Taiwan and Hong Kong, those families who yearn for their children to achieve excellence in their scholarly pursuits worship Kuan Kung.
