Lonieta Illiana - Starting up IT in Indonesia

Lonieta Illiana was born in Jakarta and moved frequently from town to town in her school days, since her father worked for the Indonesian Airforce. It taught her a lot about tolerance, diversity, and how to adapt quickly to a new environment. She is currently the Business Development Manager of Trabas, an IT company.

Lonieta syas "Being a woman itself is a beneficial quality, especially in the IT industry in Indonesia, where it's still considered as a 'man's world'. If you are a woman who really knows what you're talking about, you have twice as many opportunities as a man who has the same quality."
