This
eclectic trip includes adventure, culture and a fascinating look
into one of the least visited countries in the region: Burma. We
visit two different hilltribe villages, the Lisu and the
Akha, where we have ample time to visit and learn about how
these people live. Our trip also includes a stop in Chiang Saen,
the first kingdom in ancient Thailand, where 500+ year old temples
are commonplace. Then we walk across the border to Burma and experience
a very different culture from Thailand - one much less Westernized
and less affected by the outside world.
