playwright Tony Kushner ups the ante for an auction item

Wong is currently shooting the sixth season of HBO's first one hour drama, OZ, on which he has played Father Ray Mukada, Oswald's Penitentiary's conflicted and beleaguered prison chaplain, since it's premiere. He can be seen regularly on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as forensic psychiatrist Dr. George Huang. For his Broadway debut in M. Butterfly, B.D. received a 1988 Best Featured Actor Tony Award, the Outer Critics Circle Award, Theatre World Award, Drama Desk Award, and the Clarence Derwent Award and has appeared in over 20 films. He is currently working on his first book, a literary memoir about his prematurely born son's tenure in the Intensive Care Nursery entitled Following Foo (The Electronic Adventures of The Chestnut Man). The book is being published by HarperEntertainment at Harper/Collins & Morrow, and will be released Father's Day of 2003.
